The Vericanto Mastermind
A monthly leadership group for senior leaders and founders who want clarity, perspective, and space to think about modernizing their business and the role AI will play.
What it is
The Mastermind is a space for experienced leaders who want thoughtful discussion, strategic perspective, and trusted peer input. This is not tactical training or a step-by-step program. It is a high-level, facilitated conversation about what’s changing, what needs to evolve, and how leaders can prepare their organizations for the next phase of work.
Each month, we explore topics such as organizational alignment, decision-making, system readiness, staff capability, customer expectations, and what AI means for the future of the business.
An optional 1:1 check-in gives leaders private time to dig into a specific issue with guidance and clarity.
Who It’s For
• Founders and business owners
• CEOs, COOs, and senior leaders
• Executive directors
• Leaders responsible for strategy, direction, and organizational readiness
What Participants Get
• Monthly 90-minute, facilitator-led sessions focused on clarity, direction, and high-level decision-making
• An optional 1:1 check-in (30 minutes) for private guidance on sensitive or strategic issues
• Structured prompts and strategic questions that help leaders evaluate what’s shifting inside and outside their organization
• A clear lens for understanding where AI supports the business and where it may introduce new considerations
• A consistent, confidential circle of peers who understand the complexities of leading and offer grounded, experience-based insight
• Monthly “apply time” suggestions to guide what leaders (or their teams) should examine, map, or explore between sessions
• A sounding board for testing assumptions and reducing blind spots in decision-making
• Space to think — something most leaders struggle to create on their own
Why It Works
Senior leaders rarely get a structured forum where they can think out loud, consider broader implications, and hear unbiased perspectives. The Mastermind creates that room—and adds direction so the conversations turn into meaningful insights.
