These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vericanto website, programs, cohorts, mastermind, advisory services, and related offerings (“Services”).
By using our website or enrolling in any Service, you agree to these Terms.

You may not attempt to interfere with site functionality or access protected areas without authorization.

2. Enrollment and Payments

When enrolling in a cohort, mastermind, advisory engagement, or other paid program:

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

  • Access to programs is granted after full payment unless otherwise stated.

  • All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the specific program page:

  • Cohorts and mastermind programs are non-refundable once access or materials are provided.

  • Advisory retainers or consulting fees are billed according to the agreement terms.

  • In exceptional circumstances, Vericanto may offer partial credit at our discretion.

4. Program Access

For cohorts and mastermind programs:

  • Access is delivered through Circle or another designated platform.

  • Login credentials must not be shared with others.

  • Content, recordings, templates, and materials are for your personal or organizational use only.

  • Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Participants in programs agree to respect the confidentiality of:

  • Other members’ business information

  • Strategic discussions

  • Shared frameworks or proprietary processes

We likewise maintain confidentiality of participant information except where legally required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the website, cohorts, mastermind, advisory services, or downloadable materials—including frameworks, guides, templates, session recordings, and worksheets—is the intellectual property of Vericanto unless otherwise noted.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Claim as your own

any materials without written permission.

7. Communications

By submitting your information or enrolling in a program, you agree to receive communications related to services, updates, scheduling, and account access.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vericanto is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
