Cohort-Based Accelerators
Guided support, structure, and ready-to-use resources for managers and emerging leaders navigating modern work and AI.
What it is
This Cohort is a working group for managers and rising leaders who are responsible for moving projects, teams, and initiatives forward—but don’t always have the structure, clarity, or time to sort through everything on their own.
Instead of lectures or abstract concepts, participants get a clear process, practical guidance, and the tools to evaluate their current workflows, make informed recommendations, and build stronger business cases. The Cohort provides direction and momentum while leaving room for each participant’s unique role and environment.
Think of it as having a partner who has already done the backend thinking—frameworks, prompts, checklists, decision guides—so you can focus on applying what matters and getting things moving.
AI is woven in throughout, not as a buzzword but as part of how modern work is shifting and how managers can think responsibly about what to use, what to avoid, and what needs groundwork before adoption.
